MAKING AN ORDER
How do i place an order ?
Is there any minimum order and deliveries charges ?
Currently Free Home Delivery service is available for all orders more than RM300. We have minimum order for RM100 and there is a RM30 delivery charge.
How do i know if my order is confirmed?
After successfully checking out, you will be directed to an order confirmation page. Also, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept VISA & MASTERCARD. Or you can bank in to our Public bank account.

Can i pay by cash or cheque?
We're sorry but we do not accept CASH or CHEQUE payment at the moment.
How secure are my payment details?
All our payments are made through IPAY88 website that uses industry-leading SSL (Security Sockets Layer protocol) technology to keep the information safe.
What is your delivery schedule?
We deliver from Monday till Saturday.
Delivery timing is 9:00am to 5.30pm.
Can i choose a specific timing for my delivery?
We'll try our best to accommodate your preferred timing. If you have a preferred delivery date and time, do key them in the "Note to Seller" at the "Checkout" page. We'll text you to confirm if we are able to make the delivery during your preferred timing.
If i place an order today, when will it be delivered?
We'll deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days.
Where are the places you deliver to?
Currently we provide home delivery to Klang Valley, Penang and Johor Bahru only. We are planning to extend our service to other outstation area soon.
What if no one is at home during the delivery?
We will inform you before delivery so that you can arrange for someone can be at home to receive the order. If our attempts to reach you is unsuccessful and there is a missed delivery, we will arrange a re-delivery.
How can i provide feedback with regards to my order?
We love to hear from you. Do not hesitate to email us your feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can fill up the details in our contact form.
What happens if my order is not correct and i have goods that are not what i have ordered?
Please check your invoice with your order, please take a picture of your delivery box and e-mail this, our office and one of our management team will be in-touch to assist you with rectifying this matter. (email@example.com).We will make arrangements to get the incorrect order picked up and replaced with a correct order or part thereof.
Please note: we can only pick-up and re-send goods on the designated delivery days, if a mistake occurs on a Friday delivery we cannot arrange to have the order picked up until Monday (you will be required to refrigerate this product until it can be returned). On the Monday a courier will come to pick up the goods from you and a replacement order will be sent on the next delivery day.
Do you sell fresh fish?
Yes. We do sell fresh fish. We guarantee that it is of the highest quality and we will refund your money if you do not agree.
Why don't you charge by kilo for your fish?
We do to an extent. We want to be able to sell seafood in a user friendly way. Most people don’t know how much a whole Coral Trout weighs for instance- we have taken the guess work out of it and strive to put prices with a minimum weight of a fish
For example- Your coral trout price will be based on a price per kilo on a minimum weight listed, if the fish is larger you will NOT be charged any more and your price per kilo decreases.
Although your product is based on a per kilo basis, you will be paying for the minimum weight even if we send you larger fish.
Why do we sell frozen fish?
Because we believe freezing fish soon after it is landed (typically 1-4 days depending on the type of fish and where it is coming from) gives you a better experience than eating fresh fish may be kept chilled for up to a week.
We believe that OUR frozen fish will give you the same eating experience as buying fish at the quayside and eating it straightaway.
Frozen fish is highly convenient and unlike fresh fish, does not need to be eaten immediately. IT IS A MYTH that frozen fish is inferior to fresh (although the myth is logical, for the reasons explained under "Why does frozen fish have the reputation of being inferior to fresh fish?").
What counts is the quality of the fish that was frozen?
Yes it is. Did you know that IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) seafood products are probably fresher than non-frozen seafood you buy at your local store? Why? Because "fresh" unfrozen seafood could be up to 4-6 days old by the time it gets through the supply chain and onto your table. Note: In most cases the cold chain management is not adequate which leads to the loss in quality or freshness of the seafood. Where the cold chain is adequately maintained at all times, and there is minimum exposure to air, un-frozen seafood can be kept fresh for 3-4 days without any significant decrease in quality.
How to thaw seafood?
When you have time, take the pack in the freezer and place it at the chiller overnight. If you are in hurry, you may place it under cold running water.
How to store seafood?
Frozen Seafood should be stored between the temperature of -18'F to -20'F
