Grouper head 石斑鱼头

Grouper is a lean, moist fish with a distinctive yet mild flavor, large flakes and a firm texture. The grouper’s flavor profile is like a cross between Bass and Halibut. These are usually steamed and eaten whole.  Larger sized groupers are usually sliced and used for soups and stir fries.
