Threadfin 马友

Threadfin is firm moist flesh with a pleasant mild flavour – taste is likened to barramundi. The meat is very fine and it is usually used to make fish porridge for babies. This fish can be steamed or fried whole and braised in a sauce made of soya sauce and ginger or black beans and chilli. 

How does my Threadfin come:

  • price is based on net weight of fish
  • your fish is head on, gilled, gutted & scaled
  • Vacuum packed
  • price is based on per kg

Please Note- if the fish is above 1.5kg, we will steak cut the fish and vacuum pack it for you.
